Ever wondered what chefs eat when they’re not making delicious food for their restaurants? Well, both Amanda, and Head Chef Sara, have a huge weakness for dumplings….
These perfectly wrapped flavour bombs are one of our favourite foods, so much so, we’ve decided to dedicate a whole night to them at Amanda’s.
On Thursday 28 November join us for a specially curated dumplings set menu, where Sara will serve up six courses of her favourite ever creations.

Grab your chopsticks and embark on this one-off event that brings the streets of Shanghai right here to our home in the Hunter. Throughout the evening we’ll be offering two hour sittings, you can select from one of the following:
