Amanda’s has created an envied reputation for fine, fresh Hunter produce, with an uncomplicated menu well frequented by locals and visitors to the Hunter Valley. The restaurant is situated in the picturesque country homestead amidst Windsor’s Edge Vineyard adding to the ambience and food experience.
The menu has a modern Australian twist featuring premium-quality meats, seafood, and seasonal fresh produce with specially grown herbs and garnishes.
We don’t overcomplicate food. Instead we allow fresh combinations of perfectly selected ingredients speak for themselves. Marrying flavors with care, we highlight our natural produce by adding a touch of spice, a splash of zest, a hint of citrus, or a drizzle of dressing to create mouthwatering dishes.
Our specials menu also changes every two days, showcasing a range of quality whole foods that are sourced seasonally. There’s always a treat to be found amongst our specials – the hardest part is deciding which dish to try first.
You’ll discover Japanese gyoza dumplings – little parcels that melt in your mouth, sticky barbequed prawn salad – bursting with the flavours of summer… not to mention a wicked dessert of cappuccino meringue with kahlua cream, berries and hazelnut gelato.
